Hastings Observer letters

The ambulance arrived with eight minutes of calling and staff were remarkable for patience, understanding and kindness. In these times of very high pressure, all staff rendered a very high standard of skill and devotion to patients. My ward appeared to thrive on a high degree of kindness. My very grateful thanks to all at Conquest Hospital for my speedy recovery. All staff from doctors downwards are absolutely wonderful people. Thank you.
