Lana Del Rey has cancelled her UK tour – here’s why

The queen of strange and sultry pop music, Lana Del Rey, has been forced to cancel her upcoming tour due to illness.

Following on from the successes of 2019, the performer had planned to hit a string of arenas across Europe in the early months of 2020.

Which shows have been cancelled?

Lana Del Rey was set to begin on a huge tour of the UK and Europe, starting in Amsterdam on Friday 21 February 2020.

Over the following two weeks, the singer would have then made stops at many major venues across the continent.

The tour was in support of her critically-acclaimed 2019 album, Norman F*cking Rockwell, which just recently picked up the Best Album award at the 2020 NME Awards. The album was nominated for two Grammy awards and voted best of the year by music critics.

Unfortunately, the tour has now been scrapped.
