Man arrested in Hastings rape investigation
An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of rape in Hastings this week, police say.
The man was arrested at a property in Stonefield Road, Hastings, at 2.45pm on Tuesday (July 25).
A force spokesman said he was arrested on suspicion of the rape of a teenage girl following an incident on the same day.
The man has been released under investigation, police confirmed.
