This year the celebrations take on a special significance, it being the 950th anniversary of the Battle of Hastings.

Classic cars lined up on the Stade Open Space on Saturday and proved to be a popular attraction.

Sunday saw vintage commercial vehicles arriving at the Stade for the Sprat and Winkle Run. The ‘Run’, from Sevenoaks to Hastings, saw 70 vehicles taking part, including buses and coaches.
