League Of Friends Coffee Shop, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Princess Royal Hospital, Lewes Road, Haywards Heath was given the score after assessment on April 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Mid Sussex's 266 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 219 (82%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
