The Poets Corner, a pub, bar or nightclub at 33 Montgomery Street, Hove was given the score after assessment on January 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Brighton and Hove's 321 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 273 (85%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
