Walk this way

Worthing and Adur councils have joined forces to organise the training day on Wednesday, February 27, from 10am to 4.30pm, at Worthing Leisure Centre.

Worthing Borough Council hopes the day will help it recruit new volunteer leaders to expand its healthy walks scheme. Adur wants to recruit leaders to help it restart its walking-to-health scheme.

Once the leaders have qualified, they can attend a free basic first aid course on Wednesday, March 5, from 7pm to 9pm, at Field Place, Worthing. For further details, call Annabelle Trent on 01903 221120.
