Lancing churches find more to life

More to Life, organised by Lancing Tabernacle and Sompting Community Church, includes large-screen video, live music, chat and theatre.

The theatre part is a light-hearted, yet thought-provoking portrayal of life through the eyes of a daughter and her father.

Mike Simmonds, who presents the event, said: "Often we are so busy living we don't get a chance to think about life.

"This presentation is entertaining and moving, people laugh and cry and in the midst of it all think about the questions we are often too busy to consider."

Organiser John Woods added: "We have invited the More to Life event to Lancing as part of their nationwide tour because we know it doesn't preach at people.

"Instead it gives them the opportunity to think about the deeper questions of life and where God may fit in.

"People can reflect on this and then be free to make up their own minds."

More to Life will be held at Boundstone Community College, in Upper Boundstone Lane, Lancing, at 7.45pm on Monday, October 15.
