Local singer songwriter Rich Lown has just released his latest EP of 4 songs called ‘Take Me Home.’
It will be available on itunes for download and Spotify next month for streaming and Rich has been thrilled with the reaction on regional radio in Sussex and Surrey.
Rich, who grew up in Bexhill and works at the White Rock in Hastings said: “It’s already had a massive buzz behind the scenes with each song off the EP being featured on BBC Introducing across the South over the last few weeks so the songs are very popular and my strongest yet.
Since I released previews over the last few months I have also signed a ‘Syncing and publishing deal’ with an LA based company which is massive. They are responsible for providing music to huge blockbuster films, TV series, international adverts and much more. They will be working hard towards getting my music on tv and film all over the world and giving me opportunities to write to briefs.
It’s a huge step in my career and you could be hearing my music in cinemas or on TV very soon! In other news, i’ll be playing at the St Michael’s hospice concert at the White Rock Theatre on September 6 with lots of other local bands from 2pm - 10pm.”
