More recently he published Peter York’s Eighties which became an BBC TV series and, in 2005, Dictator Style: Lifestyles of the World’s Most Colourful Despots and. later on, The Return of the Sloane Ranger. He is currently working on a book about the fashion photographer Jim Lee.
