Mark Piotrowski should return and Ken West may well come back into the fold, but H&B will still be without John Hanagarth due to a suspected hairline fracture in his ankle.

H&B picked up their fifth win in eight league games with a hard-earned 11-0 success at home to Brockleians last weekend.

Head coach Chris Brooks said: “I was very pleased with the result and the resilience of the guys. We had targeted it as a game that we wanted to start to build the points difference on, but as the day progressed and conditions worsened, it became apparent that wasn’t going to happen.

“They had the bit between their teeth and played very well. They put us under the cosh quite early on in the game, but our defensive tackling was very good.

“We expanded our game a little bit in the second half, started to move it a couple of tackles away from the breakdown and it paid off.”
