Golds sunk by Smith's late strike
ARUNDEL FC keeper Steve Colbourne, who started the season at Littlehampton, denied his old side extra-time with a stunning late save on Tuesday night.
Deep in injury-time, Golds' Stan Elder broke clear one-on-one but Colbourne palmed Elder's shot to safety.
Littlehampton had gone ahead on nine minutes when Jay Huet headed home Dan Swain's free kick. Golds had already had an effort ruled out because Swain had taken a free kick too quickly when Tom Bird netted.
Simon Clayton equalised with a stunning 20-yard strike on 17 minutes after Golds failed to clear their lines.
