Hastings headline busy night

Five of the area’s senior football clubs are in action tonight (Tuesday) with Hastings United topping the bill.

After having the weekend off as a result of their early FA Cup exit, United travel to Billericay Town in the Ryman League Premier Division.

Jason Hopkinson’s side lies in 14th place with 10 points from nine matches, the last two which ended in draws against Harrow Borough and bottom-of-the-table Leatherhead.

In round two of the Sussex RUR Charity Cup, Bexhill United will entertain St Francis Rangers, Rye United will travel to Ringmer and Sidley United will make the journey to Southwick.

All matches will kick-off at 7.45pm. Match summaries will appear on this website tomorrow and full reports will be in Friday’s Observers.
