Brighton & Hove Albion made some quality signings, bringing in the likes of England international Adam Lallana and defender Joel Veltman. Graham Potter also moved on a number of players to freshen up the squad. Here's a look at how every player to leave the AMEX last summer is getting on now.
13. Jan Paul van Hecke - Heerenveen - Loan
He joined from NAC Breda, but bucking the trend, joined another Dutch side on loan rather than heading back to his former club. He's a regular starter for Johnny Jansen's side, who are sixth in the table at present. Photo: TOM BODE
14. Leo Ostigard - Coventry City - Loan
Following a spell with Bundesliga 2 side FC St. Pauli, Ostigard headed out on loan to the recently-promoted Championship side. He lost his starting spot after poor run of form where he was booked three times in as many games. Photo: Laurence Griffiths
15. Matt Clarke - Derby County - Loan
Clarke's current club are rock bottom of the Championship with just eight points. Despite this, he's been by far their standout player, and has picked up two Man of the Match awards against Cardiff and Wycombe respectively. Photo: Nathan Stirk
16. Jan Mlakar - NK Maribor - Loan
The Slovenian striker, now in his fourth loan spell away from Brighton, is now back with the club he joined from in 2019. He's scored three goals and made an assist in 12 appearances this season. Photo: Tullio M. Puglia
