The Hastings Runners-organised race will start outside Hastings Town Hall at 10.30am before heading out onto the promenade and returning to the town hall for the finish.

Since the course is completely flat and fast, the race always attracts the slowest joggers to the elite runners who wish to gain prizes. A memento is given to all finishers, while £100 is on offer for anyone who beats the male or female course records.

The last date for postal entries is Friday May 2 and on-the-day entry will cost extra. All proceeds from the event will go to St Michael’s Hospice.
