A hospice spokesperson says Zumba is a fun way to keep fit, adding: “This Zumbathon will be in a friendly, supportive, fun atmosphere and suitable for all levels so no previous experience is required.

“Leading the fun is qualified Zumba instructor, Rebecca Tompkins. Rebecca is taking time out of her busy schedule as head of Funk Fusion Fitness to host the Zumbathon, giving up her valuable time to help raise much-needed funds for the Hospice. Thank you Rebecca!

“We encourage each participant (children and adults alike) to raise as much sponsorship as possible.

“All proceeds from the event will go to St Michael’s Hospice so taking part is a fantastic way to help a great cause while keeping fit. So come on show your support – sign up today.
