ON Friday, April 4 I lost my mobile phone.
It was an old phone, but had great sentimental value as it had the last photos of my mum who died six years ago. I didn’t expect to get it back, but on Saturday I had a phone call from the landlord of the Bo-Peep pub. Apparently my phone had been handed in by a young lad aged about 14 - 15.
He didn’t leave any details, so I would like to make an appeal through your paper for him to get in touch as I would like to thank him.
People are so quick to put young people down and it is refeshing to realise that there are honest people around.
