I’d give crews a pay rise

When my wife had an acute heart problem we phoned 999.

Help quickly arrived in the form of not just one, but two ambulances.

The crews were very helpful, courteous and caring, and soon whisked the patient up to the Conquest Hospital where they waited while she was transferred to a cubicle in A&E.

I’d give the East Sussex ambulance service top rating, and the crews deserve a medal and a decent pay rise!
