Woman attacks teenage mum

The incident happened in Durban Road at around 12.30pm on Monday when the victim, who was with her six-month-old baby, was left badly shaken and suffering from cuts and bruises after being attacked by another young woman.

The police have appealed for the driver of a green Astra which was believed to be parked nearby and the member of the public who tried to intervene in the assault to come forward.
