Coco, who is aged eleven and a half, went missing at the weekend when owner Phillipa Kerry, from Ramsgate, in Kent, was visiting her daughter in Athelstone Road, in the Clive Vale area of Hastings.

Kerry said: “I am so devastated. She is very old and very ill.”

The group Drone Search and Rescue for Lost Dogs UK has been assisting in the search, knocking on doors and visiting local pubs and businesses to make them aware.

A searcher from the group said: “There have been no sightings of her since Saturday evening, when she was seen in Mount Road. She has a heart problem and has been three days without her medication now.

“We think she might have got onto the East Hill as there is a direct route onto the hill from Harold Road.

“She does not respond to other voices and is very nervous so please don’t call her by name.”

If you spot Coco please text or call 07470 243049 or 07814 887414 with any information.
