UPDATE: Baby '˜continues to recover' after falling from flat window
Officers and paramedics were sent to a block of flats in Hillmead, Gossops Green, at 6.10pm on Wednesday (August 17).
Police said the 16-month-old fell two flights from an open window, landing on a patch of grass outside the flats.
The Air ambulance was also called.

Hide AdThe young girl was airlifted to St George’s Hospital, in Tooting, with serious injuries.
On Friday police said the girl was in a stable condition.
A spokesman for Sussex Police told the Observer: “The baby continues to recover in St George’s Hospital. The incident is not being regarded as suspicious and the matter has been left with social services.”
West Sussex County Council confirmed it is investigating the incident.
A spokesman said: “We can confirm that we are looking into this, as per our standard practice, alongside our agency partners.”
