Sussex traffic update: Monday, February 1

Here's the latest traffic news across East and West Sussex this afternoon (Monday, February 1).

On the A27 at Polegate, traffic is slow and queuing according to the AA.

In Worthing there have been reports of delays of up-to eight minutes along the A24 and up to the Grove Lodge Roundabout.

On Bridge Road in Littlehampton motorists should be cautious of slow traffic between the railway station and High Street.

A gas leak on the A27 has led to authorities closing the road between the Bognor Road Roundabout to Portfield Roundabout.

This is causing some delays in the area.

On the A27 Chichester Bypass in Stockfield, there are reports of a stalled van blocking the road. Traffic sources said police are en route.
