The medals are back as Freedom Leisure seeks active kids for school summer holiday challenge!
Freedom Leisure – which operates Helenswood Sports Centre, Hastings, on behalf of East Sussex County Council- challenges children to stay active through the summer holidays. The Junior Summer Fitness Challenge asks youngsters aged 4-14 to pledge to be as active as they can during the school holidays from July 20 to September 5.

On completing the first 10 activities children will receive a free voucher for activities such as tennis or badminton at their local Freedom Leisure centre. If a second diary is completed they receive an activity voucher and small prize. If a third diary is completed they receive a Junior Summer Fitness Challenge medal and certificate.
