Strange Phenomena Investigations

The next meeting of the Hastings branch of Strange Phenomena Investigations will be on Saturday 19th December at the Cinque Port pub, 105 All Saints Street Hastings Old Town. 2:00pm through to 6:00pm. Entry: £5:00 adults OAP’s and children £2:50.

The Fife UFO Incident: This is arguably the biggest UFO case of its kind in Scotland. Did a terrified family witness a large black triangular craft hovering above some fields in Central Scotland and later on witness ‘hundreds’ of small grey ‘creatures’ in some woods lifting and carrying boxes and cylinders back in September 1996 ? Or could this be the biggest ‘non UFO event ever to have occurred in Scotland? One thing’s for sure, this lecture will turn over all aspects of this fascinating case and look at presenting all the facts for the individual to make their own judgment. We’ll learn how; (1) A large black triangular ‘craft’ hovered above the startled witness’s car (2) The frightened witnesses encounter lots of small grey ‘creatures’ coming towards their car and peering into it ! (3) The ‘creatures’ appear in the witnesses home. (4) Strange oily deposits that were left in the grass. (5) Many more UFO sightings were observed the weeks after the main encounter. (6)‘Creatures’ near the family home. (7) Scars that appeared on the witnesses bodies. All this will be presented in a power point slide show with accompanying video footage of the location in order for the individual to visually see aspects of this fascinating case. At the end of the day, this case is massive and Malcolm will show you why.

Please note that the views expressed here at these meetings are only SPI’s own thoughts and feelings as to the current state of UFOs and the paranormal. Alternative views to all we discuss can be found elsewhere. These meetings are for entertainment and education purposes only. Questions from the public are always welcomed and we will aim to provide you with our thoughts to your question, (bearing in mind that this might not be the answer!) If easily offended do not come to this meeting learning alternatives can prove disturbing!

We ask that you keep an open mind, ask questions, and like our society, respect the fact that mankind does not know it all. There are many unanswered questions out there. Life is an education, and we feel that these paranormal and UFO events demand an explanation rather than a shrug of the shoulders and a dismissal. SPI look forward to hopefully seeing you at these meetings where we can share our passion for all things weird and wonderful.

On a final note, Malcolm Robinson is looking to local residents for their own personal UFO & Paranormal incidents for his new book. If you have what you feel is a paranormal or UFO experience then Malcolm would be pleased to hear from you. Everything will be in confidence. Either write or e-mail to him at (SPI) Flat 5, Unicorn House, Croft Road, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 3HE
