Steam travel returns to Sussex
The Bath and Bristol Express offered passengers the chance to visit one of the two cities while experiencing the rarity and luxury of travelling in a traditional steam engine.
Sally Chap shared her experience of the trip, and said: "It was very enjoyable and everyone was very friendly. We’ve been on this Bath trip before. We enjoy steam travel."

The train departed on Saturday morning from Three Bridges and continued south on the Brighton Mainline through Haywards Heath to Preston Park, before heading west towards Hove and Worthing. It then followed a picturesque route through the Avon Valley.
Those on board could elect to spend four hours in Bath, or a couple in Bristol, before returning home.
Anyone looking to experience the next step up of luxury could travel premium class, which offered a high-end four course dining experience.
Steve Wheelman travelled premier class and said: "The idea of travelling on a steam train while having a nice meal was appealing. The service and food was excellent. It was a nice family trip."
