As part of the move the owners are urging garden and plant enthusiasts to visit the existing nursery on Sunday November 30 as they are hosting an exclusive event to clear excess stock from the site.

To keep visitors going, the nursery will be offering free fish and chips (while stocks last) as people peruse the many discounts across the entire nursery for one day only.

The event, running from 10am to 4pm, will not only offer architectural plants at heavily reduced prices but also a chance to speak to the nursery’s specialists on a one to one basis.

Angus White, Founder of Architectural Plants, commented: “Twenty-five years ago I started Architectural Plants as a bit of a hobby and twenty-four and three quarter years ago, I realised we needed to move to somewhere more suitable.

“The new site near Pulborough is my dream come true. It’s huge and we are very excited! With a two acre lake, offering tremendous opportunities for architectural follies in the shape of jetties and boathouses, mighty timber and galvanised steel structures with red and white life-belts. All beset with shapely, spiky and pointy architectural plants.

“Please come and join us for fish and chips on the 30th with warming drinks, bargains for all and a fond farewell to Nuthurst.”

More information on Architectural Plants’ new site will be released soon but further details on the nursery’s vast stock can be found at www.architecturalplants.com
