‘Serious’ two-car crash on A259 in Hastings

The A259 is closed after a ‘serious’ crash involving two cars in Hastings this evening (Thursday, June 30).

Old London Road is closed between Robertsons Hill and Priory Street because of the accident described as serious by BBC Travel.

Two South East Coast Ambulance Service crews are at the scene along with two fire engines and a response car.

An eye-witness at the scene said a purple Fiat and a red Ford were damaged after crashing head-on.
