Send us your Sport Relief video clips and photos

This year we are asking readers to send in their Sport Relief video clips and photos so that we can compile them all and then make one complete video, which will also contain any stills photographs that are sent to us. The video will be put up on our websites by the end of Monday, 24th March.

The content can be of absolutely anything to do with Sport Relief. It can be action from an event, or even a piece of video or photograph of somebody that has taken part, before or after an event.

Here are some basic rules:

Video must be no longer than 30 seconds in total, and the file size not exceeding 20MB.

If doing a video, try to keep the camera as still as possible; if filmed using a phone, please film it landscape, not upright.

If you would rather send a photograph, please only send one, and it must be landscape, not an upright.

Don’t forget to include your name and also the name of the town or village where you live.

Everything needs to be in by 11am Monday 24th March.
