Cadets and adults from TS Hastings Sea Cadets and Royal Marine cadets took a night off training to take part in Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day on December 12.

With a night of fun and team building games, the cadets raised £106 for the much worthy need.

Sea Cadets is the UK’s largest maritime youth charity. 9,000 volunteers support 14,000 young people (between 10 and 18) in 400 towns across the UK.

Through nautical adventure they learn vital life skills like leadership, communication and team working and can earn extra qualifications which help boost confidence to give them a head start in life.
