The Governing Body works to ensure good quality teaching and provision for the benefit of all students.

John Crouch, from the College said: “By working closely with the head and senior leadership team, the aim is to continue to push RCC to becoming truly “Outstanding.”

“We need Governors who are forward thinking and will support us in keeping abreast of current trends in governance and education, as well as showing a commitment to supporting the College development in the future. We are looking to appoint governors who can add to the existing skill-set. In particular we are seeking some-one with a financial/legal background, but the over-riding factors are that you are keen to give your time, are committed to the College and to raising standards, and will contribute to a number of different areas of the College community.”
