THE ROADS to Nowhere campaign is to hold a National Rally Against road-building in the Combe Haven Valley on Saturday, July 13.
Campaigners from all over the UK will come together to walk along the route of the Bexhill-Hastings Link Road and assemble for a rally.
The event is organised by the Roads to Nowhere campaign and the Combe Haven Defenders, with support from the Hastings Alliance, Greenpeace, the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE), BLINKRR - Bexhill Link Road Resistance, Friends of the Earth, the Wildlife Trusts and RSPB.
There will be three meeting points on the day: 11.45am at Bexhill station; noon at West St Leonards station; and noon at Crowhurst Recreation Ground.
Campaigners will assemble at the recreation ground for a rally from 2pm.
