Development partner sought to deliver Horsham Enterprise Park at former Novartis site
The ‘highly skilled and experienced’ partner will work side-by-side with the council to successfully deliver up to 300 homes, 25,000 square metres of employment floorspace as well as community facilities and other services on the Parsonage Road site.
West Sussex County Council secured outline planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Novartis site back in 2019 from Horsham District Council.

Hide AdThe main features of the outline Horsham Enterprise Park development are:
• 25,000 square metres of employment space - such as offices and research and development uses – on two-thirds of the site, including a new enterprise hub or collaborative workspace for micro and small businesses
• Up to 300 new homes on one-third of the site in a range of sizes, types and tenures, including provision of 35 per cent affordable housing
Community facilities for shopping and other services.
