Planners give Bognor apartments the all-clear
McCarthy and Stone has received planning permission to build 36 sheltered apartments on a Bognor Regis site.
The company's proposals for 262 Hawthorn Road, at its junction with Aldwick Road, were backed by Arun District Council's development control committee.
Planning officer Keith Wheway said the buildings were set back far enough to avoid overshadowing and they were happy with access.
