PICTURES: Festive group workout in Eastbourne

Last weekend 46 people got dressed up to take on a festive workout.

Cargo Gym, an outdoor gym based in Saffrons Sports Ground, held the festive workout on Saturday (December 17).

Sam Parish set up the gym and organised the day. Instructors were dressed as elves and led participants, dressed as Santa, through a 45-minute workout.

People paid to take part and money raised went to the Samaritans – a charity that provides emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide throughout.

The youngest participant was five as families joined in for a group festive workout.
