Last chance to take advantage of discount on locally brewed beer from Battle Brewery

Battle Brewery is celebrating Cask Ale Week by offering a ten percent discount on all of its locally brewed Cask Beer in a Box products and beer lovers have until October 4 to take up the offer.

Beers available include Abbey Pale IPA, Conquest Bitter and One Hop Wonder Pale Ale.

The Abbey pale was a winner in the Sussex Microbrewery Festival in 2019. It is a 5 percent volume beer with complex tropical fruit aromas and citrus flavours balanced with biscuit malt.

Conquest is a 4.1 percent copper ale using four British hops, while One Hop Winder , at 4 percent showcases the citrus forward Citra hop.

A spokesman for the brewery said: “It has special resonance for us as we launched our Craft Beer in a Box at the start of lockdown.”

The beers are available to order from the website at www.battlebrewery.co.uk or at the brewery’s Bottle Shop, whilst stocks last.

The Bottle Shop, based at Beech Farm, North Trade Road, Battle, is open from noon - 4pm Wednesday and Thursday and 12pm - 6pm on Friday and Saturday.
