Ellie Peacock's campaign 1 Minute Dance 4 NHS challenges people to dance for a minute to any style they like.

The piece can be choreographed or just a bit of fun to music, with the idea that those taking part then upload their videos and donate at least £5.

"I’m a dancer so I really wanted to try and use the arts to help raise money but also share a bit of positivity around social media , which is something we all need."

Ellie encouraged people to get involved with the challenge, either by dancing or just donating to watch others.

She added: "This challenge is for anyone and everyone, dancers and non dancers, any age, any ability it doesn’t matter. It's just about moving and raising money.
