Upon arrival of firefighters, the owner had safely evacuated all the horses from within the stables. No injuries were reported, a spokesman confirmed.

Crews used two breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and one main jet to extinguish the fire.

A spokesman for the fire service said a fire investigation took place on Friday morning (April 24) in which the cause of the blaze was deemed accidental.
