Lewis Kirkbride has raised more than £20,000 so far after undertaking the epic 20-day challenge to walk from York to Battle dressed in full Anglo-Saxon armour, weighing more than four stone.

The route he took mirrored the same route King Harold marched in 1066 before the Battle of Hastings.
