Costa Coffee confirms opening date of new St Leonards shop

Coffeehouse chain Costa Coffee has confirmed the opening date of its new St Leonards store.

The coffee shop, located next to the new Aldi supermarket, in Bexhill Road, St Leonards, will open on Thursday, August 13.

The building has been constructed as part of the development which will see the supermarket chain opening in the town.

Earlier this week, Costa Coffee signs appeared on the windows of the new building.

On Friday (July 31), a spokesman for Costa Coffee said: "We’re excited to confirm the opening of a brand new Costa Coffee store on Bulverhythe Retail Park, St Leonards-on-Sea, on Thursday 13 August.

"The safety of both our team members and customers are our number one priority and ahead of opening we have put in place enhanced safety measures and hygiene procedures that align with government guidelines.

"We look forward to being an active member of the local community and serving customers a perfectly handcrafted cup of coffee.”
