Burst main in St Leonards leaves residents without water
Residents were left without water in St Leonards following a burst water main yesterday (Sunday, April 4).
The incident happened in Battle Road and part of the area was blocked off in the evening.
On its live incident log on its website, Southern Water said teams were on site just after 11pm last night repairing the burst.
Just before 4.30am this morning, it said customers’ water supply was restored and apologised to affected residents.
Southern Water has been approached for further comment.
