Motorists heading between Bognor Regis and Chichester can expect severe delays in both directions, according to latest reports.
AA traffic planner has warned motorists to expect delays of between 15 and 20 minutes in both directions. Delays begin at Chichester Road, eastbound al Elbridge Avenue and congestion reaches back to the Chichester Bypass.
