THE Ore in Bloom Competition prize giving will be held at The Ore Centre from 11am to noon, tomorrow (Saturday).
Sumptuous baskets of produce, and horticulturally inspired prizes, handmade winners plaques supplied by Bodgers Farm Pottery will be presented.
Tony Howard from Ore in Bloom will be popping over to Ore Library, after the prize giving and hosting a free ‘ask the expert’ session from noon to 1pm.
Back by overwhelming demand, after the great evening we enjoyed in February, is the Ore in Bloom Fun Quiz Night. Once again the Old King John public house will be hosting this popular event on Friday, October 5 starting at 7.30pm sharp. £1 a head entry. Maximum six people per team. Raffle and free buffet.
