Will Bexhill Road get flooded in a downpour?

Has anyone thought of the need for more water, more sewerage waste and more traffic on Bexhill Road?

Why did we have a by-pass? Why build on a flood plain? Surely you know what is going to happen when we get torrential downpours.

This has happened in other parts of the country.
