A VERY special thank you to the Observer for your continued support and help this year in helping to advertise the three sales I have organised.

The money raised, an amazing £700, has been donated to the Ogwen Mountain Rescue, who are extremely grateful for this contribution to their funds.

My son, Derren Barber, lost his life on the Welsh mountains, but at the time he was doing something he loved.

The Ogwen team are absolutely dedicated to helping and saving lives in that region.

They do an amazing job but receive no government funding. I wholeheartedly support them.

Thank you to everyone and I wish the Bognor Observer team a very happy time at their new office.
