Mr Fuller is to be given a trial concession along the promenade, with which he is very pleased.
I understand he has accepted and was due to sign the necessary paperwork this week.

Hide AdI am so pleased that common sense has prevailed and I am delighted to see that such a unique business is going to be given the chance to operate.
I would also like to say thank you to Colin Rogers, director of services at Arun District Council, for reversing the initial decision refusing Mr Fuller a licence.
Finally, I would like to wish Mr Fuller all the best for the future and I hope to see him on the promenade trading soon.
