Voters keep the wheels turning

I thought it gracious of Dominic Manning, in his letter of July 8 in which he congratulated the winners of the referendum, given that he was on the losing side. But then I saw he was speaking with a forked tongue as he went on a tirade of abuse saying it was a victory for ignorance and intolerance.

Not only that, but we, the 17 million plus that voted to leave the EU, are narrow minded and inward looking and a bit backward. Well, I guess that just about sums me up, but to continue. He rants on that we can say goodbye to Great Britain, overlooking that most of the 17 millions that voted are the very people who made Britain Great. They, not me because I’m a bit backward, invent things, design and make things, keep the lights on and the fresh water flowing, keep the wheels turning with the exception of the rail network.

So I say to Dominic, don’t worry, your share portfolio may have taken a knock but it will bounce back, in fact already has done.
