I would like to thank all concerned with making the Town Show and Family Fun Day such a success on Saturday.

It is always difficult to mention some without missing others, but particularly I would like to thank Sofia and Beccy for all their hard work and Rosie for her entertaining commentary, and the ‘A’ Team, from the town council, and Glyn Allen, Alan Humphrey and the committee for organising the magnificent display of produce, flowers, crafts etc.

Thanks, too, to all the voluntary groups, performers, sponsors and, of course, all the townspeople who came along to support the event and have a good time.
