LETTER: Generous support for good causes

The Billingshurst and District Lions Club would like to express their sincere thanks to all the people of Billingshurst, Slinfold, Loxwood, Wisborough Green, Barns Green and Rudgwick for their generous donations to our Christmas Carols Collection. The amount collected of almost £3,000, added to the to the 2014 income of our Lions Bookshop in Jengers Mead, Billingshurst, of £37,200 gives a total of over £40,000 in 2014 that can be used to support local, national and international good causes. We would also wish to thank everyone who has supported the bookshop in 2014 and look forward to your continuing support to enable us to raise our next £500,000.
