The Chief Medical Officer Processor Chris Whitty has stated that it is not mandatory for people to wear face coverings outside, as the risk of passing on the virus in open air where social distancing is being observer is very small.

Until the government advise us that the wearing of masks outside is mandatory I will continue to wear a mask in all internal situations as advised.
