A petty attitude really is rubbish

For some reason, some tiles were not taken, but were carefully placed back in my bin.

I queried why this was done with Arun District Council and was told: "That is not household rubbish and you must take it to the tip."

Perhaps rubbish from the tip goes into a different hole than household rubbish.

I don't think so.

Rubbish is rubbish.

How petty can you get?
